Service Description
At Mentalitea Counselling, I offer a compassionate mediation service designed to facilitate resolution in a supportive environment. In this voluntary process, no decisions are imposed; outcomes are binding only through mutual agreement. Rest assured, all discussions are confidential and take place on a “without prejudice” basis, ensuring a safe space to navigate your challenges.
Cancellation Policy
- The fee for each session is £80.00, a 50% deposit payable on booking. - No-Show Policy: Clients who miss a session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. - Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full session fee being due.
