Hi, I’m Stephanie, and welcome to Mentaliea

I support women who are navigating the tender complexities of career change, caregiving, menopause, loss, identity shifts, or the quiet ache of feeling stuck. In our work together, you will be met with genuine warmth, steady presence and zero judgement.
Person‑centred therapy is the heart of my practice: it’s a collaborative, human approach grounded in empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard. That means you set the pace, you choose the focus, and you’re trusted to know your life best, my role is to walk alongside you, attuned to what matters most for you right now.
I’m experienced in supporting complex trauma and neurodiversity, including autism and Tourette’s (vocal and motor tics). Sessions are adapted to your sensory comfort and communication style, clear, concrete language when that helps; unhurried silences when they soothe; options for movement or stimming without apology.
We work gently with triggers and overwhelm, build safety and stability, and explore practical ways to reduce tic‑related stress while honouring the uniqueness of your nervous system. Above all, I don’t pathologise your experience; I respect it, and together we’ll find what care looks like for you.
